Bulk Fastrack sale and nice wooden engine house

After the resounding success of my recent 'grab bag' sale to move on some items I'll no longer use after dismantling my layout, I thought I'd offer some more cool pieces that I actually intended to keep. 2. Bulk load of weathered Lionel fastrack - $100

Details

1/ Single Stall Engine Shed - I can't remember the manufacturer of this one - but it is a fantastic looking piece that would be the pride of any layout. Fully painted and wired for 3 lights in the main shed and 3 (2 overheads and one outside door) on the machine shop annex off to the side. Note that one of the doors came off during dismantling of my layout - it just needs glueing back on, but I'll leave it off so the buyer can decide how its positioned. For the floor I custom installed fasttrack rails so engines can be driven in - but these can be removed and any other track type installed in their place. Asking $65 plus $10 for shipping (though I would love a local deal for this one in NYC)

 2/ Bulk Fastrack sale - I spent a huge amount of time weathering and ballasting this which included painting every tie and rail edge with woodland scenics track painters, then darkening the edges and finally finishing with Brennan's ballast. 

Most of the ballast has been removed as part of the layout dismantle - some remains on the sides, there is also some glue remnants on the bottom of some (easy to remove). I priced up what it would cost to buy this whole lot from Nicholas Smith trains without considering the cost of weathering - and it came out at $300. I'll sell as a lot for less than half that at $100 plus shipping. Here is the inventory

Note that one of the 1.3/8" pieces has no roadbed, one has the roadbed on one side only, and one is missing the jumper lead.
