Cal-Stewart Meet This Weekend?

I thought that I would bump this post back to the top of the forum.  Perhaps no one on this forum is attending this show?

This show is sponsored by the Nor-Cal Division of TCA and is, I believe, the largest O gauge show in Northern CA.  There are a lot of vendors and O gauge trains to buy.    I believe that show occupies about 80,000 sq. feet.  

In addition, there are about 10 modular layouts to enjoy.  Several of the modular layouts let kids interact with trains and hopefully will spark an interest in the hobby.

The show is open to the public and is a showcase for the hobby of collecting and operating model trains.

I usually attend the Fall Cal-Stewart meet since I'm down here in SoCal, although it's been a few years since I've been able to attend one.

Never have attended the NorCal C-S meet, even when I lived up there.  Just never was in the cards.  I don't know which of the two tends to be larger.

The southern one is larger, but the northern one is only 30 minutes away from my house. I will be there with the GGLRRC modular layout. Stop by and say hello.

Two or three times. when this show was in that Santa Clara hotel, and the O scale

show was next door, I flew out to attend it, using this trip, back in the day of low

cost airfares and gasoline and much less flying hassle, to explore California....Yosemite, Death Valley (in the winter!), Highway 49 gold country, etc.  Very glad I did.
