For the particular set you are looking at I couldn't find anything either, however...
I would imagine the sounds are going to be identical to the 'normal' sounds on the Area 51 LionChief RS3. I found a fair video of that set on youtube, HERE.
Rather than operate a crew talk function, the Area 51 engine shifts to a 'spooky sound' mode when the announcement button is pressed, but I would also imagine that the crew announcements on the 'normal' LionChief RS3's will be similar to those on other LC engines.
I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, pdxtrains, but I hope you can get an idea of the sound quality you can expect. TrainroomGary also did a nice review of the LionChief Plus version of the RS3's that you can find HERE. The Plus engines tend to be better made and have better sound quality, but I'm unsure just how much better. In any case, it's probably worth your 6 minutes.
