Dallee Engineer DC power packs??

Would appreciate comments on the usefullness and selling price of the Dallee Engineer 12 volt DC power pack.

Although I am a 2 rail O guy, I belong to the Siouxland Historic Railroad Assn. where we have a 15 x 80 ft HO layout that is powered by 2 Dallee Engineers that work really well. You must operate them as though they are the actual loco control. Our systems are old and offer 3 amps which for todays can motors is plenty of amperage. They work well.
