I searched the forum, looked in the instruction manual, checked Barry's 3rd edition book, and went to MTH's website. I'm sure it's staring me in the face, but I can't find a complete list of features for the standard version ($4.99) app. I'm asking because I may not need the premium version. Can someone help me out?

Well the standard won't let you do lashups, no TMCC control, just for starters.

Pages 207-223 of The DCS Companion 3rd Edition define everything in the current, Standard, version of the app. If it's not in those pages, the app doesn't (yet) do it.

All of them, up to 99 for each smart device. As stated on page 211 of The DCS Companion 3rd Edition:
"The DCS Engine Roster Screen displays a list of all DCS engines that are on powered tracks and are available for operation."
