I don't see Patrick's Train's in Wheeling on there.  My wife will just love that you gave me another reason to call the shop....  Seriously though, this is a nice feature.  Thanks!

I'm glad you noted that Patrick's Trains was missing. He's in there now.

There may some "holes" in this data, so if you see any other mistakes, let me know!

  Looks like Mario's Trains is missing too.

Does it limit the results to the 10 nearest dealers?  That seems to be the most it returns.

I checked with your zip code and see that you seem to live in the midst of a "black hole" where there are no OGR Dealers.

I know, Rich.... it's the pits. One reason I avoid the Support-the-local-store topics. For me, it's usually Ebay or nothing.  On the other side of the coin, if I do run across something at a farm auction or garage sale there isn't a lot of bidding competition.  Not a lot of trains out here, but do have plenty of fresh air to breathe.

From north of the border, great feature, OGR folks! I tried my nearest USA zip code and found a few I didn't know about. 

No glitches other than the map web-links came up as non-findable in MS Edge and Chrome, but they work if entered independently. Maybe just a glitch at my end, I dunno.

No maps in Edge I can understand...it's Microsoft, after all. 

But Chrome? They're Google maps! Not sure why they wouldn't work in their own browser, but I'll check it out.

Not seeing the local book store, Books A Million, where i get my copy.  Will book stores be added?

This Dealer Locator is intended to provide you with a list of hobby shops where you can browse other products related to the hobby, as opposed to book stores where you can get our magazine.

However, it's not a bad idea, provided I can get accurate address data for the 200+ stores that carry our magazine. The address data that I have is for the major distributors where we send several thousand copies to one location. They then send the magazines to the individual retail stores. I do not have all those names and addresses. It's the difference between retail and wholesale, so to speak. I have the wholesaler's address, but not the retailers. The wholesaler's address won't do anyone any good.

It was set to 10. I just changed that setting. Now it will show ALL dealers within your search range.

Just another "perk" for being an OGR dealer and/or advertiser. We appreciate your business!

I made another small tweak to the setup so that dealers found in a given search will display in order by distance from your location.

Worked for me!! I found two shops in the areas I travel that I did not know of....that's a good thing!!! THANKS!

My LHS High Country Hobbies, in Enterprise AL is not coming up when I do a search. I am fairly certain they carry OGR.

High Country Hobbies cancelled their magazine order back in February. They don't currently carry OGR in the store.

If you can talk them into handling our magazine again, we'll get them in here!

There's a typo on the address for Hiawatha Hobbies. It's on Silvernail Road, not Silvermail.

I'm surprised that it geocoded properly on Google Maps with the wrong street name, but it did.
