Thinking about picking one up as a project, and it has the original atlas TMCC guts in it (the TAS SAW board without cruise). Since its my understanding that you cant easily put ERR into it without swapping all the guts to ERR parts, I'd rather just put in PS2 if it fits. I cant see why it wouldnt, but has anyone done it to know for sure?

You can make a very small 3V BCR clone using a single capacitor that would be a perfect match for a project like this.

Rod, MTH makes a 2.4V battery back using AAA batteries.  Smaller size and used in small applications like switchers, Climax, etc...  G
