Sent Mike my Crescent Limited 4-6-2 from 2003 for a smoke upgrade and chuff upgrade to 4 Chuffs per revolution. Shipped from Kilmarnock, Va. on Tuesday afternoon and received it at my house In Reedville, Va. on Saturday evening.

That's some turn-around time, he's quick! 
It sure is quick turn around. I appreciate good service and good work and am willing to let everyone know about it. This is the third repair or upgrade that Mike has done for me and in each case he has rendered excellent service. I will continue to use him for whatever work I have in the future.
I would expect nothing less from Big Mike. Not sure how he handles it all in light of the many demands on his time and talents, but he invariably does his best to keep clients happy. I'm proud to have him as a friend.
