Hi Guys and Gals,
I am at a stand still for my farm scene. Can someone suggest where I can get farm people and animals? So far I have come up with some made by Model Power and Bachmann. Any others that I may not be aware of?
Thanks,
Dave

Tractor Supply has animals in several scales.

Try scenic express.
You might get lucky at a dollar store's toy and knick-knack isles as well. Though some figures can be painted seasonally, poorly, etc. some you can hide that with repaints of different colors, covering vampire teeth, etc.etc. Always worth a check imo. Not every figure is close to you in need of high detail imo, color and proportional fit can be enough. (Not to say all toys have bad detail. It varies, some is great.)
The right colors in the right place and an ear/tail/foot trim might give you a sheep, dog, or lion from a few feet away.
This is an Ertl toy farm set, Animal size more to S scale than O.
Check out Scenic Accents, most of these sets are available thru Scenic Express
David,
try a Hobby Lobby store if there is one near you.

No sir, I will re-visit that site. I think the figures come individually and not in groups.
Woodland Scenics has a couple of cow sets. Some of the other sets have figures that would be appropriate for farm scenes.

Hey Tom,
I will check it out. Thanks!
Erik,
Low key, I have been going back into older threads and looking at this. This is truly the standard in farm scenes that I have seen. Please share your secrets. Where did you get your figures? The man in the corn stalks gives me the creeps because he looks like he is coming for me but oh well, lol.
