Yes, it does always look good. It is the best looking track, IMO.

I have two layout questions.

1) your elevated subway line appears to be supported by plastruct “I “channels. 
The cross thick pieces are what material? 

2) between your plasticville rural station and your Lionel working classic tower there is what appears to be a White Castle Burgers  structure, is that so? Was that a kit or building that was commercially available? Or scratchbuilt? 
I am fascinated by the placement of all your buildings, accessories, and scenery.

Layout is very much a New York City experience! 
King Kong, climbing skyscraper, IRT Redbirds elevated ( my line ), and a subway underground,  Radio city music hall,  Nathan’s hot dawgs, wise guys pizza shop, Brooklyn bridge in the distance,   That White Castle! Really Gotta have one!

Thanks for the compliment.  I got the El from the Train Station in Mountain Lakes NJ.   I added a few more pictures.   The White Castle is like a Dept 56 but called My Little Town.   Got it on eBay years ago.
