Is there a way to make the signs stay as you choose after shutting them off? I change mine to the way I like the sign & it defaults back to the original way the next time I turn it on. Seems like there should be a way to make it default to your choice next time you turn it on.

Unfortunately, our current buildings do not have this feature. I can assure you however, that we will incorporate lighting "memory" within our structures coming later this year (where applicable).

Thanks for the reply even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Sure wish there was a way to update these with this feature.
There was some idle talk a while back about using an inexpensive($2) microcontroller wired with the sign to press the buttons for you each time it is powered up, thus bringing it to the correct setting without having to touch the thing. If I recall, I even posted the code needed to accomplish the task, but I can not remember what the thread was titled. If this sounds Like an option you want to consider, John, let me know.
As for future product, Mark, adding a single byte of EEProm to remember the setting is a great idea.

In which 2 alternatives were presented to automatically "press" a button to set the desired lighting mode when the building is initially powered:
- a multi-function eBay timer relay module
- an Arduino microcontroller module
