Gateman #145 to Lionel IR

I was rewiring my layout (for a change) and now having an issue wiring my original #145 Gateman (also killed my mom for winning so much to buy it) to a Lionel IR. I could use insulated track, but in this case an IR will work better. Does someone have the exact wiring diagram. I have one, but into my mid 70's the eyes are playing tricks on me. Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest using an insulated rail and relay,described here. If you run modern trains,run the gateman off of a separate circuit,or put a TVS on the line,it will generate a lot of voltage spikes.
