I think Delrin is the slick plastic that is used for plastic truck frames and knuckle couplers (Weaaver and others), and I am modifying a pair of trucks for a project. Is there any glue that will work with this slick plastic?

I have had luck with epoxy......but the area glued needs a little prep. It needs to be roughed up (sanding stick) before you use epoxy. Really only for out of sight areas.
Loctite Epoxy Plastic Bonder is specifically recommended for Delrin as well. I'd probably make sure whatever adhesive you pick is actually designed for Delrin as it's bit difficult to glue.

I tried to glue Delrin unsuccessfully some time ago, so when it came up, I decided to go looking to see what was available. I should have done it before.

Hmmm....well, there is some out there.....1.7 ounces was priced at $78! This from a stocking distributor. Fastenal, which can be found, was listed as a NON-stocking distributor, and a search of their website did not turn it up as something they stock. I had thought of using AMCDave's method and readily available epoxy, but feared it would not hold.
You have to pay to play.
The Realtek BONDiT B-45 is pretty pricy.
Did you look at the Loctite product? It's available in Lowes and Home Depot for around $6.

Thanks! Will check out Loctite. I visited Fastenal and they could not get it in for less that $100 worth from the factory, but I am not sure how much that is. $6 sounds a little more price friendly! I am not a government contractor.
I think I used cement for plexiglass, and it stuck,,,might of tried super gorilla glue, too,,
I suspect that Walther's Goo might also work, it seems to stick to anything!

It will, but most folks can't handle the tube carefully enough to avoid making a mess; works well if you also combine it with CA for securing Delrin to other materials.
I have noticed that the Walther's Goo is really "gooey"! I now use a toothpick to put it where I want it, and you still have to be careful it doesn't get away. However, it certainly does stick when you get it in place. 
I have found that once one finds a glue that works well,'' good suggestions above'', I usually back the piece, out of sight line, with a piece of brass bar.
Especially if the piece is subject to vibration or stress.
