It was a high temperature of about zero today, so I decided to check the newly arrived GMToT at the house rather than to heat up the train room for a short time. The color is absolutely gorgeous. The details are exquisite. And the cars are heavy, lots of quality. Click on the photos to enlarge the view. For those of you waiting for your ToT, you will absolutely love this set. Time will tell, but I predict this set is destined to be a classic in O-Gauge.

Those of you who ordered it, very smart move.

"I love your backdrop. May I ask where did you get it?"

My wife Elizabeth made it for our Christmas layout. This layout all came down over the past few days. However the backdrop is being moved to it's new  location as part of our Christmas 2015 layout. The plans have been drawn and we will start shortly on construction. This backdrop will be part of a mountain scene at one of the ends of the layout. We moved part of it today and will move the rest tomorrow.

PTC - Please do not post anymore pictures until they are all sold out.  I've been trying to avoid purchasing the TOT and your pictures make it very hard to resist.  I have come close to placing the order so many times.  The pictures make it much worse for me.  Please no more pictures and especially no videos.

Thank you.

BTW - Spectacular train!

According to the Julian Calender Christmas 2015 is tomorrow. You and Elizabeth better get to work.

Looks great Brian I'm sure you'll get many years of enjoyment out of it.

That is a beautiful set, Brian.  I have been predicting that after all the dust settles on the Lionel Big Boy and Cab Forward, this will be the set that stands out and everyone remembers.  It is unique, prototypically accurate, well made, and just a gorgeous passenger train.  This is the one that I will regret not having purchased when I could.

Can't wait to see it running.
