Warranty work get preferred treatment, so it is possible.

I just got a steamer back in 4 days... Christmas sounds very doable.

That's FAST!  I guess once you get their attention, then things move along?

Maybe they are reading this forum. That is why our experiences have to be public. 

 

Hopefully good service will become the norm. 

I have sent back 2 items in the past 10 yrs for warranty service. I got both engines back in less than 2 weeks. I also sent a non warranty engine in, they were up front and told me 10 weeks. I got it back in 10 weeks and the charge was very reasonable. I've been very happy with MTH BRice

Sent a P3 back for a bad smoke unit last month... Got it back in 2 weeks

Well guys. You give me hope that I might have my 4-6-0 back by Christmas. Although with the long shipping time up here I just dont know. I figure that it will take 9 days for the package to reach MTH. I sent it Expedited package for $ 30.00

The last repair I had MTH do took about 2 weeks and I had the device back in hand.
