I bought the clone HAKKO temperature tester from eBay, at a lot less than the HAKKO ... which I hope isn't a burn, and the device came without any instructions or description of the different test  sensors, which are actual HAKKO (No. 191-212) and appear to be different types of sensor, again without a clue to which is what or how to use it.

Couldn't find a PDF manual for it on line.

Could someone please share the info about this, so I can re-calibrate my HAKKO soldering station?

Thanks!

Well, first off, they only come off ebay in Celsius so youl lhave to do the conversion. I found it too big of pain in the *** so I threw it away

I was going to use a conversion chart ... but I can't find any instructions on it's use, or the tester elements from HAKKO which are included. Anyone use one?  Gunrunner John?

I actually don't care that much, I set the Hakko 936 to about 600 and let her buck. While the temp of the iron matters it matters mostly to the item being soldered and I dont spend a ton of time on component level soldering if I have to change IC's on a board I have the soldering lady at work do the swap and she is a soldering ninja.
