Going to ask a dumb question, because it would take me a few hours to figure it out on my own! I have a Williams Niagara and I was wondering if it 1.5V coming off the board for Headlight. Do not know what the voltage would be for the smoke unit(Seuthe??) Al

I think you will find the headlight and the smoke unit both run on track voltage for most Williams conventional.

I'm pretty sure the Niagara has a constant voltage circuit for the headlight.
I just finished putting the engine back together after mech repairs and new paint job.
Need to pick up some extra bulbs. Al

In that case they may be 6 volt, but who knows?
You may have to pull her apart and find out.

the williams engines have a 6 volt regulator in them and the seuthe unit is the 6 volt one that is listed for model boats and also uses a 6 volt headlight. The led markers have a 470 ohm resistor on the 6 volt output to cut current to them. You could also use a 6 volt led on the resistor output if you want a led headlight. Also they got checp on the small filter cap and if you put in a 1000 uf 35 volts in its place you will get a better operating smoke unit.
