Help need on a Mystic Depot

For some time I have been looking for a HO scale Mystic Depot for my Lionel OO layout. I found on at the Madison Wisconsin train show, however it was missing the roof.

so I need some help so I can make one. Unless some one has an ho scale roof they can measure I can take S scale measurements and re-scale them to ho with a few more measurements.

If some one can give me the measurement in the picture above, in the reply if you can tell me if this was s scale or ho scale measured

above is how my depot looks currently, I hope it will look like the depot below when I am finished

its the ho version, and that ebay auction is not the right roof

This morning some one sent me measurements of a s scale roof, I have entered those numbers in my cad program. Next I will scale those down to fit the HO building. after I make sure the numbers work out by making a paper roof. I will than have my friend who has a laser cut .020 thick mdf board for me to make a roof, the roof will not be tin, but as long as it looks like it should is all that counts for me.

Hopefully at lunch I will be able to play with the roof design. Since the base was rusty and their was a few big chips and a rust spot on the back side of the depot I decided to repaint the depot. Since this will be used on my Lionel OO layout with Lionel Houses I felt the White/Red was way to bright, so I painted it like the earlier paint colors, the roof is a paper template I made to see how it would look. I painted it in a green color that I felt was close to the gilbert green roof color.
