I have been researching this and found a post from Jan 2014 but I still am trying to understand this configuration out. I have my z4000 hooked up to my TIU and an 80watt lionel transformer for the 5 that I have to the(accessory port). To reconfigure with the AIU where exactly do the 4 wires go to I think its AIU 1 to Grn AIU 2 to Rd and AIU IN to BLK what happens to yellow wire? and can I keep the switch controllers for manual use? and how would this be configured. I need to see it drawn out to understand all of this. I will get O Gauge Companion Book soon but I really would like to get this hooked up. I need baby steps for all this. Thanks so much in advanced !
