Got a phone call today from my hobby shop telling me the MTH 4014 Big Boy I ordered, along with the 2 the shop ordered, are now in Charlotte, NC, only 60 miles from us in Hendersonville. I ordered that loco almost 3 years ago and lately have been tempted to pick up one of the others out their with different engine numbers since MTH had been silent in responding to emails either from my shop or from me after an initial reply saying the delay was due to the lack of chips for the electronics, but glad it is finally arriving. I was worried it was coming UPS and might get hung in the strike, but it is shipping via FedEx so that is good.
