I recently acquired a Post War 362 Barrel Loader in a "kit" form (supposedly complete but disassembled).  It was supposed to work fine before it was disassembled.  All of the parts were supposed to be included in zip lock bags.  Does the 1041-13 Rectifier Disc look like a large diameter cup washer?  In the parts bag there was a disc with a large hole (approx. 1/2 ") and what looks like a fiber washer that fits the hole. Is that the rectifier disc?   If so, does it curve out from the frame when mounted?  It is hard to tell on the Service Manual diagram.

I did not find the 256-4 Stud, 118L-11 washer, 395-30 terminal clip and screw listed in the parts list.

What is supposed to vibrate when all of these parts are assembled properly?  How is this disc mounted/attached to the frame?

Thanks

The gray side of the rectifier disc goes against the steel frame.  The stud secures the disc with a terminal clip.  The coil is mounted so it faces horizontally to a plate extended from the platform.  The platform vibrates fore and aft. The air gap between the coil and the plate is critical. Check the rectifier disc with an analog  VOM meter.  It should be infinite in direction and have a small resistance in the other.
