Lionel posted on Facebook earlier today that the customer service call center, & some other of its North Carolina operations, are out of commission due to a severe storm that moved through their area yesterday. No estimate on re-establishment of operation as of yet. (I will update here.) Just to let you know.

I posted the same earlier but it's good to have a reminder as folks may have missed it.
Oops... sorry Marty ... I will delete.... I don't like to duplicate. Tried to delete thread, but I guess we do not have the option of doing that--- at least as far as I can see.
Good to know. Glad I didn't waste my time trying to call them about my Lionscale Boxcars that self-destructed.
I wouldn't worry...leave it be. It's getting seen by more people so it's no harm no foul.
We're back up now. Call center should be open normal hours tomorrow, though there may be a back log so have a little patience.
