Bought the train part of the Legacy Empire builder set that was offered a few years ago by Lionel on Ebay. Was advertised as having a defective loco/tender with a short when placed on track. I bought the set anyway (got it for a steal, with plans of fixing/getting the loco fixed as I had been looking for this berk for a while. All the cars and engine look un-run and in excellent shape. Anyway, today I opened the berkshire just to take a look and see if anything obvious was wrong (wire out of place, burnt board) stuff like that. I see nothing out of the ordinary so ill turn to OGR before I send it in. Thoughts?
