Lionel Part Needed

The small gear was made in brass, The Train Tender has them.  Don't know about the larger gear, normally the small one was the issue.

Just picked one up as a spare for when the original eventually breaks - Part No. 2741-325 at The Train Tender - $3.50 plus shipping.

JohnsGG1: The small white gear on yours is a cheap soft replacement.

The part numbers are:

6102936080 (6SP2936080) gears & shaft

6102741105 (6SP2741105) large gear

6102741325 (6SP2741325) small gear

Now looking for the parts.  I can get the small gear from Jeff but the larger gear is split.

You know this might sound funny but maybe you could go to an RC hobby shop where they specialize in RC cars and planes and things of that nature someone there might be able to set you up with a shaft and gear. It's worth a try

Got the 2741-325 pinion gear brass reproduction from Brasseur Electric Trains. I got the 6sp2741105 gear/helix intermodal crane from Lionel. Got a 6sp2741285  crane gearw/winding spool from Henning's trains. I got the gears 2 years ago so don't know if they still have them.

No luck yet on the large gear or the complete assembly.
