Coming in this week, Prewar Ornaments, Ornament Gift box, Silver Bell Ornaments, 1926 Cat. cover print, 1936 Cat. cover print, 15095 Reefer Art, Peanuts Halloween Set, Legacy Power Master, more PE Disapearing Hobo, Lincoln Trains and ZW-L's. Ok, nothing too exciting but they are getting the stuff out now! We should have these in the system today to order. See you in York!

Oh gosh... I wonder if they'll attempt to keep the online shipping schedule updated at that pace!!! 
I did notice a bunch of scale rolling stock (TankTrains, Auto-carriers, etc...) slipped to December 2013. And a favorite of mine I've been waiting for -- the CN Piggyback Set -- moved all the way out to December 2014. 
Yet the locomotives for the set have been produced for quite some time now. Gotta be a nightmare to coordinate all this stuff half a world away.
Thanks for the update, Charlie. It's much easier to see a list of stuff that HAS shipped, rather than scrutinize Lionel's online shipping schedule to decipher those items that have been REMOVED from the list. Still boggles my mind.

On the subject of which, there is a freshly updated shipping schedule posted today on the Lionel website.

Oh my... I missed that one!!! That's also another set whose locomotives were already produced earlier in 2013. Lionel is CLEARLY having issues/challenges coordinating the manufacture of its scale rolling stock these days.
At first I thought the CN Piggyback date was a misprint, but hearing another premium scale set is pushed out that far on the calendar make it less likely a type-o.
There's a growing trend that more items are approaching/exceeding the 2-year mark for delivery from the time they were first catalog'd. Even the CSX Heritage box car can't seem to get production time on the factory floor!!! Guess we better get accustomed to it.

I like to think continued delays represent efforts to improve quality control. Makes waiting much more fun!

I just down load the PDF file put the 6- number in the search box and when the number does not show I know my item has shipped.
can also do it in the search box on the Lionel shipping site. takes longer though.
Any word on what lionel is shipping this coming week Oct 21, 2014
