The Lionel tugboats are of the "traditional" size. Do they look badly out of place along scale sized equipment?
I am planning a narrow shelf switching layout along two walls, with a narrow area of harbor, as I've done in the past with HO. Scale sized engines and rolling stock will be very close to the tugboats in the water.
All the wonderful layouts with tugs that I've seen here on OGR .... the tugs are set apart from the trains.
