I had posted this question in another thread, but not really wanting to hijack I thought I’d make my own. I have some newer Lionel tubular track, in both O31 and O42 curves. When assembled, the curves all tend to “bank”- the outer rail is actually off the ground. If it’s screwed down, no problem, but on a floor layout it’s more of an issue. My question is, does Menards or Williams track do the same? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Yup, and flexes up and down on that outside rail. I use 072 curves with an 096 piece easing into them. Just something ya live with on the CC. We need to get off the floor! 
Traditional style tubular track in general is not made with great precision. I remember some "banking" in the olden days with unsecured postwar track.

Banking is a feature not a bug.
I agree with 0gaugenut, can you say Daytona? On my floor layout I run my feed wires along the outer circumference (mostly 072) and tuck them slightly under each tie to maintain the angle under the weight of the train.
