That reminds of a vendor that I saw many years ago at an otherwise now un-remembered meet where a young man [last name began, I think, with a "W"; Eddie(?) Wichert(?) or maybe something similar] was introducing C&NW 400 passenger equipment. I wonder if this is the same person. I seem to remember that the cars were some kind of formed aluminum with punched-out windows.

3-RAILERS ATTEND.

We are tolerated because we pay the entrance fee.

I went to one open house, Ted's, amazing multilevel "working" layout.'

I did not attend the meet this year.

I feel that the March Meet and other 2-rail O scale organizations and events are very welcoming to all O gauge modelers, 3 or 2 rail.  O scale buildings, scenery, etc., are O scale no matter what kind of track is used.  I have been two March Meets and was welcomed although I am primarily a 3-rail modeler.  Health issues prevented me from attending this year.  I am looking forward to attending next year.  NH Joe

Not sure what that means, all are welcome and many other model railroaders in different scales attend.

Did MMW show any of their coal cars at the meet , these are supposed to be delivered before the lumber cars.

Didn’t even glance at that table.

Great show.  Enjoyed myself and picked up a few unique pieces.

Same guy, his name is Eddie Wichman.

MMW was there.  He didn’t have the coal cars as they are being painted and lettered. He had pictures of them being painted.  He is going over in April for final inspection.  He will also meet with SD-45 and SD-40-2 builders to complete project.  Another importer told me that MMW has a fantastic drive and there are concerns of his drive system being ripped off.  Everybody knows there is a lot of funny business by the Korean builders.

I feel comfortable enough to put a deposit on a lumber car.
