Menards truss bridge again

The second bridge has lights?  That’s odd.   None of Menard’s bridges have lights.  It sounds like you might have received a bridge that hasn’t been released to the public just yet.  Mark needs to chime in on this thread and spill the beans!

4 blinking red lights on top. 1 on each corner. Looks good in the dark but doesn't match the other one. If they were in 2 different areas it wouldn't matter but when installed permanently they'll be butted together. Tried to upload a couple of pics but they get stuck in the processing stage

Did you pay the same price for both bridges? I really like the idea with lights. 

If alike and of no concern about the ligbts,, I'd just not hook up them up.

  If the lights are removable, remove two from the end of the bridge, butt the bridges together and attach them to the end of the 2nd bridge, putting the lights at both ends of the bridges with the bridges butted together, will make for cool engineering.

Don't appear to be removable. The lights are in a wooden enclosure and I don't think it could be removed without being damaged. I'll see what they put on the shelf in the Warren OH store this month. If it's lighted I guess I'll buy another one or buy LED's and light the first bridge.

I am going with you're idea of lighting the ends only

I just double checked, and Menards still makes no mention of any lights on the 24” dual track train bridge. So it does appear you got an upgraded model. Whether that model will be generally available is something Mark will have to divulge.

I emailed their customer service to see what my options are.
