Your diorama is beautiful as is your model photography. Your point-of-view is very realistic and convincing in these shots. Photography has been a hobby of mine for 50+ years so I appreciate the effort and skill it takes to make photographs like these. Some of these look like you used Color Efex Pro filters to get the old and misty (smoky) atmospheric look. It really adds a lot to the shots and really "sets the scene" of a little town deep in the Smoky Mountains. The closeups also reveal your expert craftsmanship in your structures and details. IMO, this is modeling of the highest order.

Thank again folks and Paul, I do use filters in some cases when I work with my DSLR and I use them in my landscape and scenic photography (see jricard.com). I occasionally hold them in front of my camera phone to give an effect and sometimes it works and other times not so well. If I need to enhance after the fact, I do it in photoshop. I use the Lee line if pro quality filters - often in stacks in a mount in front of the lens. Mostly neutral density filters with soft edges and in varying degrees to achieve what I am going after. I do not however use color filters.
