Mini Commander EX

martindOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I will be installing the mini commander Ex in a dummy engine. I will put in front and rear lights, ditch lights and smoke unit. My question is will I need to put a 270 watt resistor in for the front and rear lights? I have been using 12 volt leds with the resistor already in line with numerous ERR boards without the additional resistor.

If the lights already haave a resistor you shouldn't need to add another...\
