Hi,
I bought the CN version from a place in Ottawa called the Toy Train Workshop. If you google it and look at the consignment items, the Via Rail Version is still there. The price was better than I’ve seen online and owner shipped to me. I bought several items from that collection and they were all new in box. I hope that helps!!

You might take the Railking out of the title, it's a Premier model. 
I saw one of these go at auction just a week or two ago. Went for around $400. Really, really nice piece. Hoping you find one!
I hope you have followed threads of the past including mine of the likely problems with these. All 3 of mine remain unusable after countless returns to MTH and MTH techs.

I already have the CN version, looks super. Runs great. Never any problem.
its a delicate to handle set. Once it’s connected together, it’s easier to move as one whole unit. The less you separate the units the better off you will be.
im still looking for the Via Rail set. In running good condition
