MTH Z4000 questions

Just installed a Z4000 purchased from a member for my test track and test bench run stand. Box says built 1114 I assume November 2014, Also when I shopping I see China, Korea, and my says Taiwan apparently sourced from different factories? Now I need to find someone to make a railroad themed cover to put over transformes when not being used!!
