NEC Dispatch Centers?

Where are the dispatch centers for the NEC located and for which areas? Is the NEC broken up in "districts?" I was watching extreme trains Acela and the host stated the Penn Station Control Center controlled the entire NEC but I doubt that as I thought 30th Street Station had a huge center as well...in fact I have been there on a tour with a director at Amtrak.
