I can try and get a photo this weekend. For reference, it is not a 21" car and closer to 18" which is prototypically correct for the series of baggage car it is representing. I was slightly disappointed in mine in that the number of the car was for an ATSF ACF car, but the Lionel tooling is clearing Budd tooling. Not the end of the world as it is a nice looking car.

So I wonder if Lionel will supply the 4 missing ladders for the Baggage car and would they be easy to assemble. I assume a dot of glue on the back side? Or maybe no glue at all.
