NJ Transit train hits tractor trailer | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Just this morning in Little Falls NJ, NJ Transit train hits tractor trailer on railroad crossing. Luckily no fatalities but 10 reported injuries, two quite serious. The particular crossing is only about two miles from me and is quite a busy route on the Montclair-Boonton line.

Funny how the driver with a partner were on the news stating it's not his fault when he was backing up ONTO the tracks. Why was his partner not in BAck of the trailer telling him to move out of the way?
