Okay...when Norfolk Southern rolled out the 19 Heritage Units both MTH and Lionel moved heaven and earth to catalog and offer the pride of the Norfolk Southern fleet. Given the interesting locomotives coming out of Norfolk Southern today I am interested as to when we will see the Norfolk Southern SD60E in O Gauge? Who will be the first to offer this beauty? Lionel or MTH? Or will we see a brass model of this if Lionel or MTH doesn't step up to the plate? How difficult is it to manufacture this? Can they tinker with current tooling now? Or does this require all new tooling?
I would think this would be a home run in O Gauge. And I also wondered if we'd see this in the MTH catalog that was just released. Personally I was surprised not to see it but am wondering when we will see it. So who here would snatch one up in a heart beat? I would!! Who do you think is going to make this first? Lionel or MTH?
