O Scale Chemung Northern RR By Ben Brown

Matt, Thank you for this is a very timely posting on Ben's wonderful Chemung Northern. I spend last Monday with Ben enjoying his comeradery and this exceptional railroad of course. Forty years of careful developement have yielded what I consider one of 2 Rail O Scales materpiece layouts. Ben is a gracious host and an encyclopedia of O scale as well. I cherish the few pieces of his RR which he has shared with me. Also looking forward to MRR's coverage.

I am looking forward to this as well. Ben and Mary are such gracious hosts and Ben has has been such a great mentor and friend to me. He has spent a lot of time visiting with me and patiently helping me with projects and planning. He really taught me how to plan and "think" in terms of integrating function and art in this great hobby of ours. The Chemung will be missed though I am excited to watch him build the next one (which I know he is itching to do).
