O22 switch insulators

I have 12 plus O22 switches and need to know where the insulators should be located for their non-derailing feature. The insulators on these switches that I have are not consistent and I need to avoid the chatter problem. Old RH O22 instruction sheets show them on the right straight and the right curve ends.

Follow the instructions precisely. There are no variations with different/altered/varying pin placement.
