Happy Thanksgiving to all. I have rolls and eggnog that I will be bringing to my sister's shortly. Eggnog you may say seems a little strange to be bringing on Thanksgiving, but it was started long ago when we were all kids. One year mom made it from scratch, which I think I was too little to remember as it had the real ingredients too it(with the kick). We will be eating probably between 3-4 as typically we seem to start eating around that time, then the power naps start after and bring on the desserts. Pumpkin cheesecake which was sold by the two girls next door to my sister, and apple pie. The apple pie is Dutch apple pie that has been in the family for years. I intend to savor that as it is the best for the holiday.
