hundreds of signs, all eras, all shapes and sizes. I just use MS Word (although i've seen many other suggestions on this forum about how to size or manipulate images), size to need, print, cut, weather a bit, etc. 

also, mike tylick has had a website with hundreds of signs but the site didn't seem to open this a.m. You might try it at another time. They might be doing work on it. 

Finally if you search pre-printed O scale signs on eBay you'll find some sheets of signs similar to what you're describing, but I can't verify if the price is comparable.

urban kits....and my modeling, just now finishing up a moldering ghost town, is definitely not urban..since I am not patient, I have acted to print eBay auctioned items making my own signs, something I have done for some time, but it takes a lot of searching to find an ad or sign for the right regional product from the right timeframe, such as those for defunct Colorado breweries, as Walters or Century.  Beercans are everywhere in eBay breweriana...vintage signs....not so much.
