......is the title of an article I ran across in The Packard Club publication, "The Cormorant", a vintage car news bulletin, about a fellow in northern Illinois's large (three 4x8's plus) three rail layout sceniced with a great deal of Plasticville and many models of Packard automobiles, on the streets, loaded on flatcars, etc.
