While running trains at the Chesterfield County Fair, I was asked by an onlooker about parts dealers for Marx tinplate. Specifically, a drive wheel for a wind up steamer........I have no idea of which model the  engine is.......I'd appreciate any leads.........this gentleman is a gunsmith so I suspect he'd be OK at doing his own repairs.

Thanks in advance.

Peter

I'll second Dave's link to Grossman... but for a windup driver, you will need to email them and ask.  They may have some used drivers on hand, but reproductions aren't available.  You will need to know what type of driver. Marx used 3 main types: 10 spoke die-cast, stamped steel, and 17 spoke die-cast.  There are variations of each type.  None are especially rare except for the 10 spoke die-cast governor wheel on the first year windup CV.
