Hi fellas, bought Mikado Lion chief plus at York. Its up and runs nicely. But as the front truck hits my 036 and 042 fast track switch, it either turns the switch for a curve or goes off the rails. It runs fine if the switch is in the turnout position. It seems the front wheels can't track properly. Can you adjust the front wheels? Anyone else with this problem? Tks Bill

Probably the gauge of the wheels is screwy. You might be able to get Lionel to send you a new lead truck or you can space the wheels on the engine yourself but that may be a major league PITA.....
I wouldn't even begin to know how to do that. I think I will also call Iron Horse Hobby in Reading and talk to the tech there - he helped out with a bad board on an engine.
