This was in the Lionel Signature Edition Volume One 2010 Catalog.  This was the one where the pipette was packed wrong and marred the engine paint and Lionel had to replace the shell.  It happened to me.  I really like this engine pulling some log cars.

If you go to the Lionel Search and then click on "Archives" you'll see that 8 of them pop up.

A beautiful model. The one you are asking about is 6-11150 from the 2008 Lionel Signature Volume 1 Catalog. Mine is a Legacy version from 2014.

I just purchased my one and only ten wheeler from a friend, and I love it.

Mine is the Lionel TMCC NY Central Lines (B&A Div.) 4-6-0 steamer, which I believe was in the 2002 catalogue. What is critical for me is that it runs on 031 curves, unlike the more recent Legacy model that required 054 curves.

It has great smoke, sounds and detail, and runs and pulls beautifully. Arnold

I have one of the newest versions and it does O36 all day long just fine.  As for the min curve on the site and catalog, I think Lionel is marking all scale steamers at O54 anymore, even if it doesn't need it to try to get people to get the LC locos for tighter curves.  I've got all kinds of conspiracy theories on Lionel and small scale steamers with Legacy, but I'll keep them to myself for now.  Needless to say, I love my Ten Wheeler and have no regrets buying it.
