Looks like you will need a boat load of them, so if you buy lamp posts it will cost you a bundle of money. I would suggest doing a "to scale drawing" of what you need first. That would help define the height, diameter, base, etc. that you need. You can then search for available lamp posts from Lionel, MTH, Walthers (HO), and holiday light strings. My guess is you will have to either make them yourself or have them made. 

 

The top part of the pole looks like a dowel but it might be tapered. The lower base looks like it could be made from square stock with trim added. Wood would probably be the easier and cheaper material to use rather than plastic. If you are into casting, resin and molds may be a worthwhile way to go as it looks like you need a lot of replications. Now if you have a CNC program able turning machine, well........

 

If you give us the measurements, perhaps others have better suggestions.
