On my layout, I have trains that run through multiple rooms in my basement, four to be exact. Given that there are walls between the various rooms, I would really like to be able to monitor the activity in each of the rooms, and have it broadcast back to an iPad. I have an iPad now that I use to run the trains via the DCS Wi-Fi ap, and would another to control the cameras, in order to not lose control of the trains.
I have thought about the "requirements" I have for the cameras:
- need to be wi-fi
- need to work in lower light, no light or full light
- need to be mountable - likely to the ceiling
- need to be USB chargable - no cords
- ideally need to integrate such that i can monitor 1 room or all 4 at the same time, or some combination there of
I am sure that someone has thought of this and can provide a recommendation or recommendations or perhaps give me other things to think about as well.
