Replacing the interior lamps on the Lionel I-12 caboose.

I have a Lionel I-12 caboose that needed a replacement interior bulb installed.

This requires dis-assembly of the chassis.

First two small Phillips head screws need to be removed to release the underframe.

Then 4 more small Phillips head screws need to be removed to release the base from the body.

Then small needlenose pliers are required to remove and replace the interior bulbs which plug into small sockets.

Good idea.  In this instance I would need some mating plugs in place of the Lionel bulbs.  Any idea where to obtain these?  I think these miniature bulbs are used in all the new Lionel lighted models.
