Great news. Is the original Marx and Kusan tooling going to still be the starting point for some products?
I could easily be wrong, but I do not think railride was asking for a new product when it comes to the Peep passenger cars. A re-packaging of the existing cars is what he is asking about. I would love to get a baggage, 4 coaches and an observation combination. The boxes and their inserts would still be the same if you were to produce more coaches and package as baggage & coach, coach & coach and a coach & observation sets. 3 different set configurations using the same cars. Another option would be re-configure your existing packaging to baggage & observation and coach & coach sets. In my opinion, which is just like a bung hole, we all have one, it would greatly increase the market for these cars. Back under my rock I go.
SPIKE...no new tooling would be required in making PEEPs again other than how I explained original PEEP production.
However, all PEEP tooling is no longer available.
You can still purchase whatever PEEPs are available now and then as Elmer Fudd said...That's all folks. No more.
