I've got MTH stuff that will probably run slower, but I'm real happy with the performance of this one......it's a Postwar 2245 Texas Special. Actually, it's the shell mounted on a 2343 dual motor chassis. I've been working on a lot of F3s lately and I've gotten them all to run like this. "Smooth as a baby's butt" at 5.5volts on the ZW. One slight tap down (probably a tenth of a volt) and the e-unit will shift into neutral. Love these dual horizontal "growlers"!

Not my slowest, but it's one I have out right now. If I weren't holding my phone I could probably get this one slower. It's MTH with PS-1 electronics.
No video but this Williams S-2 running light ran at 3 Scale MPH pacing an MTH PS2 engine. It has only an inrush current limiter and powered by a Post War 1033. I suspect pulling theses cars it would run even slower.
